Ampro Computers had a problem. With 5 growing product families, each with multiple options, how could potential customers quickly find the right product suited to their needs? The simple one page interactive solution we implemented replaced over 14 pages of product feature matrices. Customers can now explore the entire product line by model or by required feature.
TV is supposed to be fun, and ICTV is in the business of making that happen. As the market leader in bringing web originated content to the TV masses, they wanted an on-line content catalog to showcase their technology and programming for potential partners.
Time to break down the informational silos. SurfControl tasked us with analyzing and reengineering their aging but in-depth library of product and support materials. Based on a series of research supported interviews, we developed personas for each key target audience segment identifying their likely needs. This served as the foundation for a new informational architecture providing the shortest paths possible to their perceived goals.
NetLine asked us to create a site that reflected their professionalism and emphasis on client service. Head shots were interspersed throughout, and a clean, open look with plenty of white space gave it a professional feel. Interactive elements were developed to reinforce NetLine's technical expertise. All original content was developed by InSight, and a complete collateral system that included data sheets and brochures was developed around this new brand.
This micro site for Ubizen captured and qualified leads from a multi-channel integrated campaign. It also served to track the performance of each campaign element. The structure and design of the site worked together to ensure that a high percentage of the visitors were converted to actual leads.
We were commissioned by Serena to develop new corporate and product messaging platforms, along with a new branding strategy. The result came to life with this Web site. Intuitive navigation enables Serena's customers to quickly find relevant information, and effective communication allows them to easily understand product benefits. It also provides easy access to Serena's collateral, which is now delivered electronically - saving thousands of dollars.
Secure Direct needed a secure Web-based solution to expedite lease applications, saving time and money. We also had to tie into existing legacy systems with a secure Web front end, Web enable the lease application process and offer leasing terms. The finished site successfully implemented a cost-effective, fully automated Web-based system.
