The InSight team has built great working relationships with many clients. Our introduction to VeriSign came from a newly hired VP of marketing we had previously worked with for many years. She felt we would be a good fit, knowing our strategic expertise could help them during a difficult product transition period. And she knew we could implement the new messaging with creative that would get the same outstanding results we achieved for her at her former company. As a consummate manager, she introduced us to her team, and let them decide whether or not to hire InSight. They decided in the affirmative. The strategic work has been done, we've designed new lead generation and e-communication templates, and now we're busy launching campaigns to generate leads and populate seminars. |

| Mobile School Solutions Selects InSight | ||||||

A new company with a formidable product, Mobile Schools was lining up second round funding when they contacted InSight. They developed a marketing plan with a channel strategy that used e-marketing as the primary activity to drive traffic to partners. Before they could be funded, Mobile Schools had to prove to investors that their marketing plan would work. We designed a turn-key campaign they could present to their partners to populate a Web Seminar. All the channel partners had to do was give us their logo, any unique information they wanted to present, and their mail list. Using advanced, dynamic technology, we were able to send out a campaign that was personalized for each distributor and personalized for individuals on their lists. Our 15% response rate and 70% conversion rate proved the validity of their marketing plan. And has channel partners asking when the next campaign will run. |

NetLine is a small but powerful e-marketing technology company. To upgrade their corporate communications, they selected InSight to develop a completely new Web site. Our knowledge of the e-marketing industry and our ability to effectively communicate key messages were central to NetLine's decision to work with us. We evaluated NetLine's offerings, and created a structure that made it easy for prospects and clients to go straight to the information they need. We developed all content, and designed the site to fit into a complete collateral model that integrated consistent graphics and messages. Now, NetLine projects an image worthy of their expertise. And we've created a powerful Web site that is working in combination with a complete set of marketing materials to build NetLine's business. |

| Ampro Selects InSight | ||||||

Ampro is the leading provider of embedded CPU solutions. In business for over 18 years, it has accumulated a large database of customers and contacts. Ampro needed an agency with e-marketing expertise that could come in and organize the database. They also needed help re-positioning the company. With new technologies coming to market that mark a significant departure from its current business, new branding and messaging strategies are needed to help build a strong future for the company. Ampro selected InSight because of our ability to develop and communicate strong, clear messages. And because we know how to run cost-effective e-marketing programs and integrated campaigns that get results. One of our first recommendations was to mine the wealth of names in their database and begin 1:1 relationship building with them using email. To begin, we needed to update and profile the contact information. We designed a database segmentation campaign that segued into an ongoing personalized email campaign. Our first email drop saw a nearly 10% response rate (and cleaned out thousands of dead names). |

| "Buggy" Stirs Up RSA Security's House List | ||||||
|
The RSA Security house email list, for its RSA BSAFE product, needed maintenance. Status and quality of many leads were unclear or stale. We proposed using a series of rich media emails to clearly identify potential customers, and reveal the low quality leads. In the first email, the RSA BSAFE brand got a huge boost as nearly 50%
of the audience opened it. Sales got a boost as well, since the click
through rate was 4.4% - with nearly half of these converted to leads.
This brought the overall cost per lead down to $28 dollars. The results
were the best, by far, that RSA Security had ever achieved. |

| Borland Selects InSight | ||||||

With clients spread around the world, from Silicon Valley to the Eastern seaboard and beyond to Europe, it was a pleasant change for InSight to start working for a company just around the corner. Borland has a very effective internal creative services group, and just recently made the decision to augment it with an outside creative agency. The successful campaigns we've developed for other software clients,
targeting the same audiences, was a key factor in Borland's decision to
work with InSight. Our initial project is a direct mail campaign that
takes advantage of many of our eMedia capabilities. First, we developed
the mailer artwork, which will be dropped by Borland's units around the
world. Then we set up the lead capture mechanism, and will provide real-time
reports and analysis for each unit. An integral part of the concept for
this project is a custom TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) calculator that
will enable respondents to immediately calculate how Borland's product
will benefit them - given their specific situation. |

Ubizen is a leading European security company. Hoping to leverage their expertise and continental credibility to make an impact in the U.S., they asked InSight to build awareness and generate leads. We built the strategic foundation, strengthened the Ubizen brand through new graphics, and developed a tactical plan to put them on the U.S. map. In just 4 months, this campaign generated 10,000 leads! Their goal of getting the Ubizen name out was reached. And of these leads, over 3,000 were highly qualified. The number of leads Ubizen had expected was exceeded - six times over! |
